The banning of gmail & hotmail email addresses

Post by Curracag Admin » 15 Nov 2012, 16:59

It is with some reluctance that I have had to ban registrations from users that have gmail or hotmail email addresses This is due to the large number of spam registrations being received - up to 80 a day at the moment, the vast majority of which use fictitious gmail/hotmail addresses.

Any members that are currently registered with their gmail or hotmail address have been excluded from the ban, however if you do happen to have any problems logging in please don't hesitate to email me:

Likewise if you are a genuine user who wishes to register for the forum but you only have a gmail or hotmail address please email me with your details and i can make arrangements to register you.
