At least 400 Brent Geese passed Aird an Runair in an hour and a half yesterday morning (flocks of 7, 17, 90+, 16, c.110, 65, 80+ and 13). Little else was passing south. Seven Ruff were in fields nearby.

Despite a good wind (WSW F5-6) not much was passing south during a seawatch at Griminish Point on Thursday. Highlights were 11 Red-throated Divers, 5 Great Northern Divers, 4 Sooty Shearwaters, a Leach's Petrel and a couple of Pomarine Skuas.
