Baird's Sandpiper

Scanning through the numerous but thinly spread waders on Dalibrough beach early morning, I managed to find this Baird's Sandpiper in amongst the Sanderling and Dunlin. it only allowed brief views as it wandered in and out of the seaweed before it was flushed by a Peregrine and flew south.

I can only assume that it was the same bird reported at Boisedale/Kilpheder later today.
