Moths Carnan 24/04/2014

Post by Paul » 25 Apr 2014, 13:05

Moth trapping last night produced just 16 moths.
7 Hebrew Character, 7 Red Chestnut, 1 Emperor Moth & 1 Brindled Ochre.

Brindled Ochre is an autumn flying moth but the female overwinters and flies till about May.
Thanks to Chris Johnson for confirmation of identification.
