Just a dragonfly - I think its a four spotted chaser - am I correct?

Sorry Chris,
I think it's Common Darter Sympetrum striolatum Four Spot Chaser would have a broader body and more black spots on the wings. (but I'm no expert).

I agree with Paul, an immature female Common Darter Sympetrum striolatum.
